Power Struggle Part 1

Story about teens gaining certain "powers" But all controled by a school like system where 1 teen rules it all.

No one knows where it came from, this blue liquid looking gunk. They call it "elixier",it just appeared one day coming from the earth below, Little did people know what this substance could do. It just started when some teens stumbled upon it eventually daring each other to take a taste of it. One by one they each took a lick from their fingertips unlocking some marvelous potential within them. Some would call it super powers but that's not what it is at all it was different these were qualities that would allow them to manipulate matter. Each person would have it differently, it didn't take long before the youth would all take part in this. The youth got the most out of it as people over the age of 18 did not get the same effects in fact it would make them extremely ill and those would had unlocked it before that age came would slowly lose their abilities after. The youngsters began to wreak havoc on the the more human population, throwing boiling water at people created from their own palms, shocking people with absorbed electricity or even burning up trees from fire made by their fingertips. While the chaos was being created some older teens began to see the danger in it. They started to develop their own rules, ideas their own society.They began to separate the people with abilities or "hybrids" into cities where they got rid of all social services police, fireman and so on. The humans left in the cities were given a choice either choose to co exist with them or to go away. But How could they keep all these hybrids from acting out against themselves that's where Jake or Prez Jake as they call him now stands above them all. He was one of the few leaders that knew how to get "elixir" everybody wants it everybody needs it without it people would start to lose their gifts and for that price Prez Jake had gained a lot of power and this is where this story begins.
For the sake of the story we will focus on 1 district but keep in mind they are any others. These districts are just comprised of all the schools in the city combined into one. Where the leader or leaders can keep an eye on everything.
“Jake man you're dozing off again”. Jake opens his eyes to a short lived nap. Looking up to a slender yet tough and intimidating guy it's Abraham, Jake’s right hand man and general. With an annoyed voice “I'm sorry what do you want again, always ruining my alone time Ab”. “Hehehe Sorry Prez but you said you wanted to see the freshmen preform didn't you”. With a sigh “Yeah i did f**k.” “Well hurry your lazy a*s up i'm about to start it I'll meet you in the mega gym as usual”. “Alright alright man jeez”. Abraham rolls his eyes, as Jake seems to do this all the time, he leaves the large dim witted room closing the giant gate looking doors behind him. Jake rubs his eyes and looks around then proceeds to get up from his throne looking chair walking slowly down a staircase from which he was sitting. He pats the backs of the 2 body guards kneeling at the bottom of the stairs. The guards get up and at the same time say to Jake “Another long day today sir?”. “Yeah it seems to be guys”, the guards slowly open the giant doors for Jake letting a large ray of sunlight in. Blinded at first Jake gains focus and looks around the huge sanctuary like school he has create.

Ive never writing a story like this before. I rushed it to get the idea off my mind so please forgive me. If it becomes popular i will re write it fixing all grammar probelms. Please enjoy
