Visions of blue, rhythms of beginnings incarnate into some intangible smell of the ocean. Bursting symbolic emotions of nature, blooming into the black rose of death, the starting point of all life. When the drought is delighted, like a cancer grows over the earth, a blanket of deep sleep, let into the dark embracing a need. So much as the moment allows, I see as sharp as these colors of melancholy. Waves bring about a sense of forgetfulness. They crash one after the other, none of them are special. Waves are the hugs of the sea, each loves the sand through the same sphere. Sit and listen to the silence in between. That's where the jewel is hidden from the eyes and is displayed through a wooden window that opens up on your chest. Whose feathers does the water want? There is a monumental bell hanging from a cloud, attached by a narrow string. It swifts through the vast blue above. I wonder what happens to the bell when its cloud is washed empty by the rain. I see and I vanish but there is still an iron bell floating in the air. Wanna know how you can ring it?
This is well-crafted fantastical writing. I'm not good at following writing that's highly abstract, but your storyline is grounded so that your ideas make sense, even as while the writing is nonsensical. Your symbolism is "out there" but still close enuf to what's being described, so we can guess what you mean, or we get a few possibilities to ponder. I believe this story might harken to the common human urge to want to reach people . . . ring a bell (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Now this is poetry! You take the reader on a cascade of a journey by describing in metaphor your conceptualisation. We are given sound and colour and tangible emotional connections. This is intense and moving work. And you write in Farsi?

I'm surprised that a fairly straightforward writer like John would RR me something abstract like this. So much for assumptions! *wink! wink!* Fondly, Margie

In this space, I write Prose Poems in English.
In other spaces, I fictionalize the mystery in Farsi.
