A Curse

A Curse

A Poem by NonsenseTyper

Captured silently by the invisible net of a goddess, my hands are tied around my body. I surround myself in a circular attempt to free and drown all that I am. Strings of glowing fiber, the saliva of the mouth of the witch. Cursed he who is a victim, sacrificial be his flesh, blessed his fire-smoke. Who is that? Recall the memory to a deep landscape of collective horizons. There it would all make sense. Cursed I am. Suspended about on a claustrophobic death bed, I kick around hoping to rejoice in my freedom. Lost causes always play out to be a glimmer of hope. Cursed be he who dresses in black gowns and rides a dark haired horse. Cursed be his destiny. Cursed, he who has Faith. Cold Ice, physical vibration escapes me and I let go. Give up my shredded heart to her and I become The Curse, the unwelcome pounding fists on the wall, a symbol of immortality engraved on a life, secluded to a mystical nonsense world of majestic delusions. TRUE Delusions dreamt up by a psychotic psyche. The land of eternal infancy, paradise. That's where I'll be.

You must be a reader. I feel Dante inferno and myth/tale in your words.

The above lines. I did like. Delusion and allusion, things we fall into. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry.

Your writing reminds me of classic authors. This text is evenly aggressive, intense and impressionable. Very good.
