The world is full of soft shapes, colliding and blending ameoba-like, colors pooling out and fleeing back to glowing firefly points at the whims of some vaguely chaotic common soul.
I am hard, like a rigid square with diamond-strong walls around which the formless beauty breaks and flows, heedless and unconcerned. I cling to the unyielding barriers that allow me to remain me, desperate to keep the misery within them mine. © 2011 NonWriterGuy |
