I agree my friend.
"Leave the worries behind
Leave the pain behind
Worry about it later
Enjoy this moment
Cherish this forever "
The above lines. We must do. Thank you for sharing the outstanding poetry.

It sounds as though the speaker is trying to deal with inner stresses by focusing the attention. Letting go of the bottle is a major good step. Then, by turning the attention to sensory experiences and grounding in the present moment, the negatives are left behind. Seems to be a solid strategy; keep at it.
Happy Easter! I would hope that the narrator in your poem is speaking to him/herself. Sometimes we need to give ourselves a pep talk about looking at life thru kinder eyes. I don't like the idea of telling other people how to look at life, tho, & that's why I don't read this message in that way. Strongly affirming upbeat outlook (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie
Winding down, concentrating on breathing and the moment. Shutting out the noise of the day, tuning in to music and switching off. How lovely is that to do. We all need interludes like this Nomo.
this reads very much like the start of my meditation before i slowly blank my mind I try to reach a state of awareness and slowly break it down to nothing to allow the breeze of thought flow start to course its way through my mind to run free

I started to be more outdoorsy after a few incidents in life. Writing and drawing, outside seem to be calming and sweet to me. the fun part of letting a mind run free is that you never know where it will take you.

If these stories could speak
What would their characters say?
What would they do
Would they wonder why
They are just ink on paper?
Or would they seek something else?
Would they try to escape the.. more..
