Eras Gone

Eras Gone

A Poem by NomadKing1971

NO! don't hang her.

precipitation of self pity,

globules of anger,

breached the walls of sanity.

the dolls neck slipped the noose.

Starting so young these days.

worldly whirlwind transformation,

lazy days walking the streets,

that era now forever gone.

Roads scar the face of the earth.

Indolent's greedy maw,

has devoured a planet-

the perpetual search is on.

Day's seperation,

night's re-union.
