Pain loves hope.A Poem by ElliThought I'd try a song.
Pain loves hope.
It swerves and wrecks. Pain values a rope, Around one's neck. Maybe there's light; around the corner. So smile for the younger. Innocents that hold their teddy bear. Tell them there's hope so hold it closer. Life's only temporary so go ahead and kiss her. Soon we'll be corpses: Only getting colder. Pain loves hope. It drives in a circle. Pain is a joke: that is a meaningless hole. Maybe there's light; around the corner. So smile for the younger. Innocents that hold their teddy bear. Tell them there's hope so hold it closer. Life's only temporary so go ahead and kiss her. Soon we'll be corpses: Only getting colder. Everything's pain. Everyone's hurt. It's always going to rain: On everyone's own pain. Maybe there's light; around the corner. So smile for the younger. Innocents that hold their teddy bear. Tell them there's hope so hold it closer. Life's only temporary so go ahead and kiss her. Soon we'll be corpses: Only getting colder. It's only getting colder. © 2018 ElliAuthor's Note
