Nudiustertian

A Poem by Noiz

Do I want to know?

Is this only a show?

I can’t decide.

Yet, I idolize.

He is higher.

A king without a queen.

His word is fire,

But my body is the phoenix.

Now, I only feel desire.

Trapped by his edict.

The day before the last,

I was held to task.

A crater of greed.

A craving, a need.

I’ve completed the fall.

He beckons with a harsh call.

The power is lost.

A new order, a new cost.

Heroes betrayed.

Villains abroad.

I’ve fallen too fast,

But that was the day before the last.
