Lost

How I feel right now. (October 12th, 2016)

Lost

 

I turn the key,

Hoping for an adventure,

Hoping to get lost,

Hoping to find her,

But I just end up where I began.

All the familiar places,

All the familiar faces,

She’s a half a world away.

I just want to lose myself, so that I can reach her.

Why can’t I just become lost?
