I think i love you

I think i love you

A Poem by Nobody

Will i see you in the spring?

My mind on new things

I think i love you

Or maybe i love new beginnings

Origins

Orchids

Or maybe i just want a witness

To my existence

And we can make a bunch of little witnesses

And we will never die

As long as they think of us

I think i love you

Like i love killing question marks

Like would my hand fit in yours perfectly?

Or what does the hair on your shoulders look like in the morning light?

Probably like window blinds

To peek through to a world that i've been waiting for

The one that they promised us

To cure our birth defects

I think i love you

Because i know what love is

On my heart i've got closed captions

And i shake it in my hands like the 8 ball that it is

Hoping that it’ll tell me that i'm not an invasive species

That i'm not disrupting

But even if

I wouldn't mind being a patch of dandelions

With you for a season

Just weeds

Making due
