The Big Dinner

this is the chapter about Jordan and Annalisa's big dinner for their Thanksgiving celebration. it is a big celebration, and there are a lot of people so Annalisa and Jordana have to have sections.

Annalisa picks up her phone to text Jordan to let him know that their guests were almost there. Jordan was upstairs getting himself dressed up for the big night, and he also got the girls dressed up in very cute baby clothes. Annalisa's phone flashes brightly as she finishes the last of her cooking. She picked up her phone, and noticed a text from her lover saying "Alright babe. I'll be down there once i finish changing Ella's diaper." Mrs. West replies to her husband's text, and then puts her phone on the counter where she will be sitting. Two High-chairs are set up side by side for Ella and Faith, and Jordan is in charge of preparing the baby food for the girls Their doorbell suddenly rang and flashed, but Annalisa answered it before her husband was there. It was Jordan's parents and Miranda, the girl across the street from them. Lisa and Andrew Samuels were Jordan's parents, and they were so happy hat their son had 2 newborn girls and someone he could love. "Welcome to the West residence!" Annalisa exclaims in her normal tone of voice. Annalisa's voice was beautiful, soft, and angelic. Sometimes Jordan hears her voice in conversations, but they primarily use american sign language. "Oh Annalisa darling! I'm so happy to hear your beautiful angelic voice. So happy that Jordan chose you to be in love with. By the way, I saw the post on Facebook about your twins. I am so happy for you! When did you find out they were girls?" As Annalisa offers Mr. and Mrs Samuels a seat, she replies "Thanks. We found out I was going to have a girl about five days ago, but we never thought i was going to have twins. That was a surprise." Andrew, Annalisa, Miranda, and Lisa all chuckled as they sat down. Suddenly, Jordan comes running down the stairs with Ella and Faith in his arms. "Mom! Dad! you're here! I am so glad you made it. Where's Jenna, Drake, Sandra, Hannah, Nick, and Brandon?" Jordan had 3 brothers and 3 sisters, and it was busy in the Samuels residence. After giving Jordan a great big hug, his parents delicately picked up their granddaughters out of his arms. They gave them a kiss, and held them delicately. They looked up at Jordan, and spoke as they kept holding Ella and Faith "They are coming. They are currently on the airplane from Pearl City and Diamond Valley. Don't worry, I'm sure they will get here as soon as they can." Diamond Valley was a place filled with diamond displays, and looked very beautiful at night. Pearl City was a big city like Las Vegas or Minneapolis, and it was very busy there. Andrew and Lisa gave Ella and Faith back to their dad, and Annalisa kept finishing everything while still engaging in the conversation. Lisa sets a gift bag full of 4 presents for the young couple by the couch. After Lisa sits back down, Miranda realizes that she has something for them too and sets it by where Lisa set hers. Once Jordan places the kids in the high-chairs, he begins to hang streamers up by each of the doors leading outside. Afterwards, he place a big banner saying "WEST FAMILY THANKSGIVING PARTY HERE!!!!" In regular large print a sign by the door read "If you were invited, come on in." The West family was unable to use their regular sized sign due to some guests, like Miranda, have a visual impairment. A few minutes later, Annalisa's parents arrive. When they came in, Annalisa greeted them saying "Hey mom and dad! Welcome to the West Residence. before they sat down, they sat their gift for the couple where Lisa and Miranda placed their gifts. As the party progressed, more and more guests started showing up. The gifts section was piling up, and the couch was so full of gifts by the time everyone was there. The party was filled with conversations, fun, and food. The party progressed until early the next day, and no one was aware of the time due to all the fun they were having. It was a blast, and Annalisa's favorite part was opening all the unexpected gifts. Jordan's siblings got there after Annalisa's friend, Summer, arrived which was around 7:30. After the party was over, Jordan progressed to take all the decorations down while Annalisa said goodbye to all the guests. However, Miranda decided to stay a little bit longer to hang out. "Hey Miranda, do you want to go swimming with me?" Annalisa asked. Eager to accept the offer, Miranda burst in joy "yes Annalisa! I would love too. That would rock!" Jordan signed to Annalisa giving her a "Go ahead" and said that he'd join them later after putting the kids to sleep. They all swam together for 3 hours, until Miranda had to go get ready for a very important meeting. Miranda was an actress, and she was starring in a show called "Star Student" which only had 4 episodes. Miranda was called in to discuss the 5th episode of the show, and they wanted her in immediately. After Miranda's departure, Mr. and Mrs. West headed back inside to have some time to themselves. The kids were still asleep, so they had some time to spend with themselves. As they spent time with each other, little did they know that their twins would be enchanted and be magical.
