emo girl

emo girl

A Poem by Noah Wayverlynn

I'm an emo girl who tries holding back tears,
I try my best to fake a smile and pretend I'm alright,
Every night in my dreams, I let all of it out,
I don't tell anyone about anything, because I don't think they'll understand,
I try not to cry, and I try to pretend that I'm alright,
I try different things to distract myself from my thoughts inside,
I can't break it, and there's no going back to who I was before,
I'll just have to be the emo girl I am!
Thatis the true me!

That's a rough life. The writing is very "matter of fact", like a confession.
