I had a dream?

I had a dream?

A Poem by Nicholas Martin

Are dreams another reality? Are they fallacies?
Malicious tricks our brains play on us while they prey on us?
We are drifting in a gray play pen made to our measurements.
Mind bending illusions.
Confusion when we open our eyes is its end game.
Hazy misrepresentations fleeting away.
Wait!
Come back!
Like a lover ran away from your bed
the memories drain out of your head.
Gone.
what the heck.
