Madness

Madness

A Poem by Kay

Paint the sky with your dreams,
Tear reality at the seams.
Make malicious moments grand,
Instead of sitting, take a stand.

Don't let the winter weather wither
Your eleemosynary thoughts, or slither
Past your sadly stagnant mind
And fondly allow your gears to grind.

Your Invective provokes madness,
With some select tears in sadness.

Drape me so kindly with your words,
Free me to soar with the birds.

Though the work here, is not done.
It cannot be until the war in won.
So suit up, and prepare to fight,
As loose leaf words begin to take flight.
