Wisdom Teeth Sockets

I think a chip got stuck in my socket

It hurt and throbbed real bad

My gums started to swell, I wanted them to stop it

I felt like I’d been in pain I’ve never had

These damn wisdom teeth sockets

Got me to scream and moan

I can barely move my jaw

Damn, I’m craving a calzone

But I can’t eat what I want

cause of these damn sockets

I’d much rather be exploded in a rocket

Or put in someone’s stinky pocket

Than ever again have to deal with

These damn wisdom teeth sockets

I hope this was a relatable one. I got 'em removed like two months ago, and they're still causin' me problems, I'm getting tired of these damn wisdom tooth sockets.

This is such a fun (w/o the pain) poem, it's light and bouncy, well rhymed, while still allowing the reader to understand the pain of getting your wisdom teeth out. Really great job!

I still have all my wisdom teeth. I didn't have to get them removed. I got really lucky. :)

I'm so jealous! :) I wish I didn't have to get mine removed, but they were going to be impacted, so I thought might as well get 'em out now. :)

:) lol sounds like a smart move. I thought I was going to have to get them removed. I remember when they were coming in when I was nineteen or twenty. I was like, "Why the hell does my mouth hurt so bad?"

No, the dentist said they weren't causing a problem with my other teeth, so they didn't need to be removed. Strangely, I got all of my wisdom teeth were coming in at the same time.

Had mine removed many years ago. Didn't feel any dumber without them.
The pain will subside and you'll be back to normal soon.
