Convict!!

Did i run over somebody on the lane?

Was any innocent kid written off by me?

Did i commit rape? Murder?

Worst of any sin?

Do i live in the era of Freedom Struggle and then,

Did i demonstrate on the streets for want of Independence?

Did i initiate a Road roko?

Or did i block the highways and caused intense commotion?

 

Are you Napolean Bonaparte or Adolf Hitler?

Either of the men, they wouldn't have penalised me,

For i am just an unemployed, young lass,

Thriving under the shadow of my folks, back at home!!

 

Hey you black men in white clothes and

Ye who dump black money into white coats,

Ye white washed tomb,

Another sight of you or my candy green girl chained,

You won't stand my jolt and

You are DEADMEAT!!

 

Like the innocent fishermen fishing beyond territorial waters

and paying up their Life as price,

Just a few steps beyond the "line" did i make my girl stand and

I paid up all that i had to feed myself and my candy girl!

I'm the obedient Abraham who paid up

A penalty of one hundredth of a million paise!!
