The Change Of The Season

The Change Of The Season

A Poem by Nipplegrinder

And the winter turned to spring
Our love blended from slow warm embrace
To heated wanton release
Blankets unfurled
The cool air washes o'er us
I lick lines down your torso
And watch your pores stiffen along the trail
There is no need for restraint
Our love blossoms in the soil
We have lain
I simply wait for the night
turned to morn'
For it is the dew upon your
renewed petals
For which I thirst

"there is no need for restraint" - such trust and contentment
"for it is the dew upon your renewed petals for which I thirst" - heavenly

Such a well written piece that placed me in the moment :)

I do believe my pulse quickened as those blankets unfurled. A most lovely way to christen a new home!
