The delicious intricacies of BDSM, and D/s.

To taste a treasure
wealth beyond measure
A dream.
To scale the mountain
and feel the thin air
The summit
a reward.
Conquerer of Soul
Claimant of Desire
Her limbs tethered
And bound
Her restraint, her pleasure
Thusly bound, shall she escape.
Into me, and beyond her dreams
Flying into the ether.
Her will to be broken
Her body to be claimed
Her soul to offer
Casting away her shame.
These binds are but a symbol
These shackles a reminder
Of how free she has come to be.
My freedom lies in ability to entice
And fulfill her darkest dreams.

Breaking her will might mean something different within this context and community than society at large. Isn't it more about breaking societal constraints, some internalized than breaking a person?

Within BDSM, and D/s relationships, the will to have one's body be broken, represents a long-developed trust between the Dominant and submissive. Many submissives, desire to have their wills tested, their bodies used, their psyche to be plied and manipulated. The poem itself, is in no way connected with any societal norms, nor abnormal. It's about the intracasies of BDSM, and D/s relationships. I thought I made that clear in the introductory comments before the piece.

Ahhhhh. Now I understand! Upon reflection, I now understand your pause. Perhaps some (most, tee hee) of my poetry could easily be misconstrued. But, I try to be honest, and post warnings to potentially not offend.
