ONE EYED

ONE EYED

A Poem by Shah Sabia

This envelope of septic air,
Chokes me out.
These people,
They dont let me breathe.
The moment i exhale,
I feel blameworthy,
For having squandered,
18 mg of oxygen during the last breath.
They call me "one eyed",
I say i tried.
They call me "lame",
Since i cannot see out of the frame.
I question "Why me" ?
They say,
The cause is unfamiliar.
I feel like
I'm unknown.
To myself,
To these people.
Being "out of order"
Is it really a disorder ?

I will pray for that girl and for the one who made me realize the pain she is suffering from...
