Glaciers Around My Heart

This is a poem I made about the way I feel blocked from others. Or something. Anyway, please read and comment.

This is my life; a cold, dark life.
My pain is hidden, never to be shown,
Why am I hidden from all that is known?

I have transcended doubt yet I am crushed with its weight,
Will I ever rise again?
It beats me down but I will never be broken; pain is all I know.

Fire, it burns me, yet it is in my heart,
I work with it, don`t fight it, it works for me
The pain is burnt away.

Away, pain! Out hurt!
The worst is yet to come.
But I am not broken yet; and will not be for a long time.

Not as sad as its genera would normally give, but it did have a good conclusion. Also, your rhyming was quite good, helping the poem flow.

it's kind of sad, but it's also a really good piece. (: keep up the good work, keep at it. you'll be even better by this time next month, even, if you work. so imagine how good you can get in a year. :D
