The FightA Story by EmilyThis is a atory about twins who audition for a play together and one doesn't really want to do the play but the other one talks her into it and the one who doesn't want to audition gets the lead and the other over reacts Hi! My name is Lilith Cesena. I have a twin sister, Lisebeth and a brother, Larry. I am 13 years old and go to Five Star Jr. High. My sister and I are really close, we dress alike, look alike, and everything else in between. The only thing different about us is that I hate tomatoes and mustard and she loves tomatoes and mustard. As my sister and I walked home on Thursday afternoon I asked her, “Will you please audition for the play with me? Please?” “Um…” “Please…” “Okay sure” “Thank you, thank you, and thank you!” I said very gratefully. “Don’t know, but I hope it’s about history.” “I totally agree, but I don’t want to have to say a lot” said Lisebeth. At the auditions Mrs. McCain told us that the play was about Theodore Roosevelt and that whoever doesn’t like it to leave now. Only a few kids left. “I want to be Eleanor Roosevelt.” I said “I want to be a doctor that way I’ll have no more than 2 lines.” Lisebeth replied. “Okay Lilith Cesena you’re first.” “I am doing a scene from part 2 section 1. I totally disagree you can’t become the president your to weak.” “Thank you. Next Nick Nicholson” After many people auditioned Mrs. McCain said, “I will have the results up in the cafeteria an Monday see you then.” When Lisebeth finally caught me she said, “Hey at least your not alone I probably got the part off a doctor too.” “You looked?” “Lets go see then.” When we got to the cafeteria my sister started reading, “Lisebeth Cesena…” I crossed my fingers, “Oh no! Eleanor Roosevelt.” Once again I ran off crying. I was so upset I quit the play and moved to my dad’s in “Hmm a 23rd reunion. I’ll go to see my mom and my old friends. I told my dad what I was planning on doing and he told me he was glad I was going and that while i was there I should make up with my sister Lisebeth. On Friday night as I was getting ready to go the reunion my mom told me, “You know your sister talks about you all the time.” “She does?” “All the time she says she misses the sound of your voice and your company.” “Oh. Hey does this dress make me look fat?” “Well time for the reunion bye.” “Bye Darling When I pulled up to Five Star Jr. High I couldn’t stop thinking about what my parents were saying. When I walked through the cafeteria doors I came face to face with my twin sister Lisebeth. “Hi” I said and everyone left us alone. To Be Continued…
