Kafka was rightA Poem by Nima.Hope
Kafka was right,
it's not "leaving" itself, that causes pain and sorrow, but it's the fact that how easily people abandon each other, memories and leave it all behind. At this time of night, as Chopin and Schubert caress the cells of my ear, I can see the reason of my pain, so clear. One can understand the decay of love, but to endure being ignored, abandoned, like a never existed joke. I sometimes wonder as if I'm too sensitive or people are so cold, carless and claiming to be bold. In this world of little understanding, how one can keep his heart warm, his hopes high, in this swamp assumed to be a farm? Oh dear reader, don't take this wrong, I ain't nagging, just looking for a little sympathy, in a world left empty of empathy.
