I am forever changed because of my girl

I used to be so alone
I never cared for girls
But then she came along
She stole my heart
And I stole hers
Now I have her in my arms
I wonder why I'm so lucky
To have such a wonderful girl
A thousand words can't describe
The completeness that I feel
When our lips touch

overall, its written fairly well...the beginning seems kind of generic though, it can be much better if you were to do a slight re write. i love the emotion and feeling you are describing here,
