My Future..

Even as the world keeps spinning,

I just keep on sitting.

Living this life isn't an easy task,

but I gotta say that I am scared of how long it'll all last.

Terrified and excited.

Over the top yet so underwhelming.

This life is nothing but a constant rollercoaster,

just a continuous track of ups and downs.

My future seems so bright,

but my eye sees a different light.

I have questions filled with curiosity but my head says no,

while my body craves nothing more than a yes...
