Mother's CallA Poem by isha_sinhaA tribute to my grandfather's mom who left him when he was born.
Mother's Call
sometimes really early mom you said goodbye I was too young too young to even cry, you left my hands just when I opened my eyes why did you left me so early even without teaching what was life you didn't held my hand to tell me how to crawl mom you don't know how many times did I fall you never came to wipe my tears off was I that bad that you didn't stay with me for long. every time mom you know, when grandma told me tales I imagined you like the fairy in all those fairy tales sometimes you existed somewhere long back but for me you were an illusion of the portrait that I had. mom you don't know how much the world has teased me by your name you don't know I did even chase some shadows thinking that I would find you somewhere down the lane that's what's called a mother's Call even though she is nowhere at all it's the child who search's for her smell in the curtains.. pillows and all ohh mom that's called mother's Call 😊 © 2017 isha_sinhaReviews
