I wish…

 

 

 

I wish I was a princess in a castle far away.

 

 

 

I wish sunshine could out-last each and every rainy day.

 

I wish Ice-cream cones never had to come to an end.

I wish broken hearts were easy to mend.

 I wish we all could have enough of all that we may need.

I wish happiness could be grown from a little yellow seed.

I wish we’d not forget how awesome it is to play.

I wish we’d all take a moment to do this every day.

I wish for a world without monsters and trolls.

I wish there were homes for all weary souls.

I wish I could learn to hold songs in my heart,

So that I can sing them when I feel we’re far apart.

I wish brussel sprouts could taste like custard and jelly.

I wish giggles lasted forever in the middle of my belly.

I wish whimsy was something that could not be outgrown.

I wish kindness for other was more easily shown.

I wish the moral of the story was easier to see.

I wish Prince Charming knew the way that leads straight to me.

I wish I had a set of big and magical wings.

I wish I could fly far away from the hard and scary things.

I wish I had a wand that could make everything okay.

I wish Birthdays lasted for more than one day.

I wish fairies weren’t so shy so they could be seen.

I wish standing up for myself never meant I was mean.

I wish memories were always a joyful thought

Not reminders of sadness that life has brought.

I wish happy-ending stories weren’t only made in Hollywood.

I wish those that cant be so were more easily understood.

I wish fairies came when we weren’t looking

to wash the piles of dirty dishes,

to wave their wands and magically grant

this long list of hopeful wishes
