Sad Silence

Sad Silence

A Poem by Nikki
"

Poem about an abused little girl, seeing the pain though innocent eyes.

"

Sad Silence

It never marked me

But it scarred

So loud

Although silent

The pain bleeds

Without blood

Weeps

But no tears

Broken

Unmendable

Through reprehensible

Weak

Oh so strong

Purity

Wrapped up in shame

Complete

Whilst shattered

Lost in turmoil

Sat under a table

Eyes closed

But......wide open

I love you Mummy and Daddy

But why me?
