Prologue

The year is 3050. In the year 2500 the world went into a huge war. Everyone was fighting over oil supplie. But then from the kayos came a group of scientists. They all were differet races. They came up with solutions to our oil supplie problem. In exchange for their knowledge they were all made royaltie. After peace cam again the scientist all built their own kingdom. For each kingdom their was a giant wall surrounding them. Only people allowed could ener. The truth was that after mutating animal for transportation they kept mutating themselves until they gain powers. But there was a side effect to the mutations. To get energy to use their ability so they must drink human blood. They are not vampires.
They can do everything a human can expect the do have fangs befor they drink blood. The side effect to getting your blood from them is you gain mutant powers too. But gladly to the turned mutant you don't have to drink blood. Soon after many years the kingdoms filled with mutants. That is the world now.
