Snow Vampires Chapter 1

When I was younger I used to see so many strange things. Of coarse what do you expect to see if you live on top of a snow mountain. We had so many visitors to our strange shop. Grandmother would trade things that helped people for food and other stuff. I remember one day clear as ever it was the day I found out that I had a brother. I also found out the reason that I was different. It started out as a normal day. I woke up and went to help Grandmother, but when I looked in our shop she wasn't there. So I went to look outside. When I looked out there. I seen my Grandmother talking to a group of boys. Well that's what it seemed like. I noticed that all the boys had pale skin and white hair like the snow and most of all silver eyes that glow and shimmer in way. It was like the silver was a cover up for a different color. I walked closer to my grandmother. I started to hear what she was saying. " You can never have her you monster", She said. What was she talking about and why did she call those boys monsters. They didn't look like monsters. Then the one that all the others were standing behind said," You can't control what she does".
"Well maybe I can't control what she does but I can make sure that you don't control her", She said.
"Well what if I just take her now", when he said that all the snow like boys were grinning and looking strait at me. Then it hit me. Who they were talking about was me. My grandmother then turned around realizing I had been behind her she yelled," Run inside my dear they can't get you there". Soon as she said that I started running to our shop/home, but they were really quik they blocked me and then one of them who had a silver ear ring in his ear grabbed my arms and shoved me to the ground. I couldn't get free. Still having me in his grips. He whispered in my ear," Have you ever wondered why you have silver hair"?  It was true I have wonder why I have un normally silver hair. "Yes I have wondered that ", I said. "Well wouldn't you want to know", he said. When he said that I stopped resisting a little. "Yes I would like to know will you tell me"? I asked. "Okay but first I must take some thing from you, He said. " what"? I asked. Instead of answering me he gently held my neck. I wasn't resisting anymore so it wasn't a problem that he didn't have that much control of me anymore. I didn't know what he was doing but he said he was going to tell me about my hair. Then I looked over to were my grandmother was and I couldn't believe my eyes. There was blood on the white snow as I looked for the source of the blood I seen my grandmother laying in the snow dead. "Nooo Grandmother", I screamed. Then I started resisting the boy again. I pushed him and kicked he I seemed to set him off guard because he fell in the snow. When he got up he didn't seem happy I was going to get away but before I knew it he was up and had me trapped again. My face was almost i in the snow and I was on my knees. "I thought you wanted to know why your hair is that color", He said looking angry. "No I don't care anymore", I said. "Because of that old wech that our leader just killed", He said. "She is not a old wech she has tooken care of me since I was a baby. It didn't even matter that I wasn't related to her. She still loved me as her own family", I said crying while saying it. "Well what If I told you that you do have a real relative and that she was keeping you from him for the last 10 years", He said. Then the boy who killed my grandmother walked toward us. He had my grandmother's blood still on him. Then he knelt down to me.
"I am your brother and our parents were both vampires", He said. I couldn't believe what he said. He is my brother and our parent were both vampires. "If our parents are vampires then wouldn't I be one to", I said.
" Well you were a vampire once but that women that I just killed turned you into a human and locked my powers inside you so until I change you back. I will only have part of my powers because of your silver hair. So sister are you ready to become a vampire again", He said.
"No grandmother must of had a good reason for doing what she did so I'm not going to be a vampire", I said. The one boy with the piercing had let go of me when my brother came over but he stood right by me like he was ready to grab me again.
"Well sister that sucks for you because your going to be a vampire if you like it or not because I want my powers back and if you try to run I will just send my minions after you. It doesn't matter who changes you. Just as long as you turn I will be powerful again", He said. I don't know what to do. He was right if I ran I would just get attacked and If I stayed I would get bitten. I just realize what to do. Right then I closed my eyes and started to say, "I call you now the power of the sun come to me in this time of need". right then a flash of light came. It was called a light ball. Grandmother taught me how to make one but mine were never that powerful, but it still was strong enough to blind vampires. They were all stunned for a second and some fell but I knew they couldn't see for at least a couple seconds. I had my chance to get away I ran to the Shop/Home like grandmother told me when she was still alive. I was right at the door when my brother grabbed my shoulder he then threw me away from the door into the snow. my leg hurt. I must of hit it when he threw me. I tried to get up and run even though it hurt but I just kept falling. Soon enough my brother came by me and now the rest of the minions were with him. I was still trying to get away. When he grabbed me by the neck and lifted me up.
"Sister how I would like to kill you soon as you are turned but I can't do that. Since there are only three pure blood snow vampires left. We need you", He said. "What are you talking about aren't all vampires the same"? I asked. "No we are special kind of vampires we are the snow vampires. Other vampires have pale skin and normal hair colors, but we are snow vampires we have skin as pale as snow and silver eyes and silver hair if we are pure breads if not your hair looks more gray", He said. Then I noticed that him and the boy with the ear ring were the only ones with silver shiny hair. The rest just looked whitish gray and it didn't shine as much.
"So are you telling me that I'm the last girl pure breed left of the specie, but I'm not a vampire anymore", I said. "Well since you were once a pure breed vampire I think when you turn you still will be one", He said.
"What ever it doesn't matter because I will never be a vampire again I rather die". I said. Then I spit right in his face. That didn't make him happy. It didn't help that he still had his grip on my neck. After I did that he tightened his hands. I couldn't breath. "I thought I already told you that I was going to have them bite you anyway", He said. Then he threw me to the snow again. I could barely breath let alone move. The only thing I could do was lay there and watch my life as a human end. "Now Dimitri while she still gasping for air bite her", My brother said to the boy with the ear ring. Then I watch as the boy walked to me and knelt down besides me. I could see his fangs. Then as gently as he could he move my silver hair to the other side of my neck. Then he put his lips on my neck preparing to bite. Then I felt his fangs just break open the skin. When a light ball much more powerful then mine blinded everyone they were all holding there eyes. I wonder who did that. I wasn't even able to make my light ball that light. "You monsters get away from here now", A man said. "Quik everyone retreat we will come back for her later", My brother said still covering his eyes. They all left then I heard my brother yell," Til next time sister I will turn you". After that he was gone. I still wasn't able to move but the man came by me. "Are you okay little girl"? He asked. " I am fine but I did injured my leg and my neck hurts", I said very softly since I could barely talk. He looked at my neck. "You look like you were about to be bit, but lucky for you the bite didn't go all the way in just broke the skin a little bit. You won't be turning into a vamper yet", He said with a grin he looked like a very happy person. "I'm glad Dimitri didn't turn me", I said. "you knew his name"? asked the man seeming surprised by me knowing that. "Yes my brother said that when he told him to bite me", I said. I'm hoping he won't freak out at what I said. "Was one of those vampires your brother"? He asked me.
" Yes the leader of them is. I just found out though. I also found out that I was once a vampire but Grandmother turned me human and locked my brothers in me. The only reason he has any power left is because I still have silver hair", I said. The man looked so surprised at what I said, but then he smiled a little like he remember something. "Your grandmother is her name Jemmy"? He asked. How did he know grandmother Jemmy's name did he know her? "Yes that was her name but now she gone my brother killed her and it's all my fault. She should of just gave me to my brother and saved her own life", I said crying my eyes out. The man looked down at me. He had a sad serious face. "Jemmy won't of gave you the time of day unless she thought that what she did would effect you and the future for the better. Well that was what she use to tell me when I was younger. I was about 6 when she took me in", The man said. I couldn't believe it that man was raised by Grandmother. I stopped my crying then. "Grandmother raised you"? I asked. "Yes she did she always used to say she was physic and if she took you in that was because you needed help for certain things to happen", He said. "What to happen"? I asked. "Well for me it was so I would find a little boy who no one wanted. Also so I could find her here dead and find you all alone", He said. "You knew she was going to die. Why didn't you come and save her"? I yelled at him. At that time I was starting to do bet and I was even sitting up all the way, but my foot still hurt. "Well I wanted to and I tried to. I came a hour earlier then what she told me to but like she said she was physic she could see it all", He said. "So she told you to come an hour earlier on purpose"? I asked. "Yes", He said. I'm not surprised grandmother did that she was always like that. She cared for you but she always did things for reasons. "So who is the boy that you took in"? I asked. " oh he is over there I just took him in a couple weeks ago. He doesn't really talk and he doesn't like people," He said. Then I noticed the boy with brown hair and brown eyes that have a tint of red to them. He looked so lonely.
