FallenA Poem by Nik DiCarloIgnorance is the fall from grace. Patterns
burnt their lives with fear. And inside blue eyes the dark remains.
The moon crescents a resting place. The
Rorschach ink is leaking clear. Ignorance is the fall from grace.
Swinging like a witch it hangs. A
caldron full of rude ears. And inside blue eyes the dark remains.
The sickness is a thing unchanged Twisted
inside to hold a tear. Ignorance is the fall from grace.
Of blood and flesh within a face Comes
spiders living in a beard. And inside blue eyes the dark remains.
It will not leave without a trace. Or hold a pillow to a brain. Ignorance is the fall from grace. And inside blue eyes the dark remains.
