More Than You Can Endure

More Than You Can Endure

A Poem by NightMoves
"

Many could use this message. I wrote this a year ago Feb. 18th, 2017. I was in a rut of sadness, but I came to. Enjoy.

"
The smoke billows through my mind,
Foggy memories, the stress grows.
Analyzing the meaning of life creates an illusion.
Fighting for happiness, so the story goes.

Life takes a turn, 180 degrees,
Traveling back to the start.
Climbing the mountainous ladder of success.
Nothing but the sound of my beating heart.

Feeling all is hopeless I take a kneel,
Strike the ground and cry out loud.
It seems like no one can hear my screams.
Sitting in shame under my stormy cloud.

Struggles may be brought to light.
Yet, I know this for sure.
We all go through our own struggles.
God won't give you more than you can endure.
