Who is That Girl?

Who is That Girl?

A Poem by Jade-UH
"

This is about the relation ship I have with a friend. We've had too many ups and downs to count, but we always come back.

"

Protective and overbearing

Like the mother I’ve never had

She watches over me

But what is this

Sitting and laughing

Like the past is a lie

We keep secrets

To keep what we have

Stares and glances

At one another

Trying to guess

What the other is thinking

Stars and the sky

Like glue we never had

Plastering us together

With silly intentions

Silence and thunderstorms

Weighing heavy on our souls

I’ll love you forever

But you’ll never be told
