All Gone

This is about the past in general and all of the pain it contained. It explains an external and eternal war.

I remember the pain

I remember the sorrow

But this is all scars unborn

A rose inside a thorn

A beauty inside a pain

Reverses of destruction

Stabed from the inside out

But this is only a memory

The pain is all gone

Wow... This is extremely deep. In a way I feel as if you are either trying to tell yourself the pain is gone when in fact it's not. Memmories still hurt and that's what I felt with this poem. You are an amazing writer. Well done.
