The Older Man.

The Older Man.

A Poem by Nicky Sarti

I don’t care that you are older than me.

Or that you have hardly any hair.

That you feel like you are overweight.

And are clearly unhappy with the way you look.

The way your teeth fit, makes you unhappy too.

And the last thing that I care about the stump.

To me you are perfect and right for me.

The fact that you want company more than anything physical works for me.

Everything about you seems to be what I am looking for in a person.

Stunning eyes that I could look into all night, such kissable lips too.

The right kind of personality, sense of humour to die for.

You are someone I could talk to all night.

Interesting, passionate; you have lived a life I wish I could have been part of.

To have you company, friendship and companionship would be heaven.
