Life's Journey.

I am on a journey.
A journey to find some peace and happiness.
It is a long, hard and lonely road.
It is a battle.
An everyday struggle.
I am constantly fighting.
But sometimes I don’t want to.
I want to give up, to give in.
Someday it beats me.
I cannot always win.
That’s just life with the blackness.
Some days are good, some are not.
I need my family and friends around me.
I don’t trust or open up to just anyone.
It takes a lot for me to do that.
When I do, I hope to never regret it.
Sadly, I feel that I have regretted it.
Mister Perfect seems to have fallen from grace.
For him to have fallen from the pedestal so quickly, hurt.
Yet, that’s life; life’s journey.
