Is it so wrong to want what I want?

I should have made the move to kiss your lips and not your cheek.

Would you have minded?

Would you have pulled back or accepted my advance?

I would have known one way or another... 

Why do I keep holding back, sure I want to know?

I need to find the courage to make that move forward, to be brave and just go for it.

I will never know for sure, but without knowledge how can I be strong?

Will today be the day I am sure and confident, or will I keep silent and never find out the truth?

there is no way to approach that first intimate kiss with absolute certainty it will be received to your expectations. a kiss is a very intimate expression of feelings and many women treat it as the stopping point for unwanted advances. you can usually tell by the look in her eyes when you bring your face close enough to hers that you might attempt a kiss, but not always. women feed off of your reactions to them if they are interested in you. this write is a very clever reminder that it requires confidence to steal a kiss, but if it is received lovingly or passionately it is worth taking that chance. the worst she can do is reject your advances, and, if she is a lady she will do it without making you feel small.
