Thinking about the day...

Sitting at my desk, in my bedroom, I began to ponder the days events: the dream, Yuri, the headmaster's son's party, and most of all Majime. I promised to help her, but I'm unsure of what all that entails. I'm not even sure she know what her plans are. I'm lost in my thoughts so far, that I don't even realize my sister has come into my room, is standing next to me, flipping through my phone.
" 'Hey, what's up? You seemed kinda stressed after school today'." Kiki reads. I snap out of my thoughts, and instinctively grab my phone out of her hands, "what did mom tell you about snooping through other people's phones, Kiki?!"
"I'm sorry," Kiki responded, "I've been standing here for, like, twenty minutes, and you've be staring at that wall like a robot. I just need to get your attention so I could tell you that mom called and said she won't be home 'till late. So, you're making dinner tonight!"
"Oh, ...sorry I snapped at you, I just have a lot on my mind."
"I can tell," Kiki rolls her eyes, "I'm gonna go watch some anime; you should text your boyfriend back."
"he's not my--"
"Whatever," Kiki exclaimed before rushing out of the room.

Jabir: Hey, what's up? You seemed kinda stressed after school today.
Caroline: yeah, sry about that.
Jabir: anything you'd like to talk about?
Caroline: well, maybe one thing?
Jabir: hit me
Caroline: did you receive Majime's text?
Jabir: yeah, it was kinda weird tho. u?
Caroline: yup. I met her too.
Jabir: what did she say?
Caroline: she made me promise to help her find Leiko's killer.
Jabir: how does she plan to go about that?
Caroline: idk she didn't say. She just wanted my support.
Caroline: she said she tried to text you, but you didn't respond.
Jabir: I didn't know what to say.
Jabir: I'll text her rn
Jabir: I want to help her too
Caroline: ok see you at school.
Jabir: see ya

With that said and done, I rose from  my chair and headed downstairs to start dinner for my little sister.
