Ira- Wrath

I realized after I wrote this haiku that this is pure irony. But I have a story behind it.
A man became blind after his wife had broken a window because she was destroying his house, resulting in some glass going into his eyes as the man was trying to stop his crazy wife.
She was leaving him for another man, and all the man said to his wife was to please not go with him because he still loved her..
