It Walks On

It Walks On

A Poem by Nicole Renee
"

POV of a guess of what my friend would be thinking these days...

"

Leave me alone,
I feel so trapped inside

My own body, and

Nothing feels the same

Anymore and my life has

Been distant from

The ones that

I truly care for

 And love the most.

Why can’t I get out

 Of this nightmare;

The monster that

Crawls inside my skull?
Can’t you leave me alone?!,

I want my own life back;

This person pretending
To be me isn’t really who I am.

Thrown in a rope, I’ll climb

It if you’ll save me from this disaster.

Author's Note

Nicole Renee
I'm worried about my friend because she's showing signs of depression (I'm not even sure if she knows it herself).

Nicole, I know nothing about you but your poem tells a lot. I don't know how to help you but as I said in my messege to you about your astronomy, look UP, you will never see the potential of your exciting horizons potentials by looking down where there are none. While it may be true that you may stumble and you may fall at times you must keep your eye on the horizon to stay in good balance with your future and your great potentials. No matter what may be going on in your life that might make you feel as though you are being crushed and hopeless, always know that, THIS TOO SHALL PASS, and it will. Let nothing stand in your way to succeed and excell. ;) Buddy.
