He's Impossible to Find

He's Impossible to Find

Why does it have to

Hurt so much to watch

You leaving my world,

My eyes hurting so much

From having to watch that

Beautiful smile every time

I spot you by yourself

Or with a friend,

Making me long for

That smile of yours to

Smile at me back, wishing

That I could hold you for

As long as I could.

But now I must let you

Beat your wings into an

Unknown world, the troubles

Of the past only seeming like an

Old memory in a photograph,

The pleasure of freedom at the

Tip of your own fingertips…

Why couldn’t I have fallen for you  before?

Good lyrics, I realize it's a poem but it seems like lyrics that belong in a song, the "Of the past only seeming like an Old memory in a photograph" part really hit home for me - then again I'm listening to The Beatles. Quite an addiction, love love love and this expression is no different - it seems to be a long-lasting effect that everyone's felt and what his LONGING done for you? It seems to need a little more, for this faintly graces beneath the small surface - good expression though :)
