Runaway Message

A message to a friend of mine.

 

So distant, yet so close;
Your heart is locked up from us.

That mind of bones

Isn’t going to hide for long,

Showing a message that will

Eventually arise in this

Tangled web that we call

Life.

My friend's now distancing herself from my other friends and I (which hurts because I don't know why she's doing this...I'm just thinking she just wants to be alone....go read No Mouth, Yet a Mind of Bones to understand what I'm talking about).

Sometimes friends take a different path than you. Sometimes they come back. This poem captures that feeling of waiting to see what your friend will do by her actions.

Eventually show up in this-- I think "Eventually arise in this" or "Eventually come about in this" might work better since you use showing in the line before.
