Beneath The Soul

 

See this soul beneath its skin,

You’ll see somebody you don’t recognize.

Creative, sensitive, and shy.

The soul has a mind of its own.

Don’t judge the outside of it

Like a book cover with its picture.

Go skin deep and even deeper;

You’ll see what you might be looking for.

What did you guys think of this poem? I got inspired by a stereotyped poem I read by somebody on here... (it was about a guy that liked this one girl for who she was in the inside and not out...it was very lovely.)
