Escape To The Moon

Escape To The Moon

A Poem by Nicole
"

...

"

Escape with me to the moon, and chase the stars.

Follow me to the moon, escape with me from the horors of this world.

Leave with me to create a whole new world, that will grow.

The will grow into a planet of Bliss.

Follow me to the moon, and you will forever be mine.

Follow me to the moon, and I will forever be yours to hold.

I love the fantasy here, and how we wish we could actually get there...
as John Denver sang..."follow me up and down, all the way and all around, take my hand and say you'll follow me."
really like this poem a lot...in second line I read it as "horrors"---

Short and beautiful. Remind of the words of the music men of the past. A fun poem to read.
