Death Smile: Animal It Became

Kenny and Maci are a newlywed couple. They are having a good beginning and are expecting a baby, until the new rising "Death Smile" comes to ruin them.

The putrid smell of the newlywed couple, Kenny and Maci, lay in their home with blood scattered everywhere. The bodies were a chalk white, but their bodies were hard to tell from the blood all over their body. Police were called to their Colonial white house on a dreadfully cold night in Hilton Head, South Carolina. On that same day, police called it a murder. The reason was from Kenny’s parents, which told them the insane things that Maci have acted. It wasn’t murder from Maci killing Kenny and later killing herself in the mix. It was once again, Death Smile.

“I am happy that I married you, Kenny.”

“So am I, Maci.”

“I hope that everything will be forever love between us.”

“I hope so too. All I want is for you is to be yourself.”

“I will, Kenny. I love you.”

“Love you too!”

Kenny and Maci are now a new couple. For months, they waited for this moment to live together. Both love each other very much. It attracts each other to touch one another with their warm, smooth skin contacting each other. Like a hug. They always think about each other 24/7 at work, at home, and in their dreams.

Kenny is a tall, average muscular guy who is 27. He has walnut hair with Navy blue eyes. He is very outspoken and always sweet to others. Maci is a short girl with charcoal hair. Her eyes sparkle with a forest green from the reflection of the sun. She is 26 years old and is also sweet to others.

The wonderful new couple lives in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Their house is beautiful with roses, Jessamine, palmetto trees, and everything you can imagine with the cool breeze of the ocean view. Both sides of the family bought the home as a wedding gift. What a wonderful start for a new couple?

“Kenny, where is the keys to the car?” Maci questioned Kenny.

“It is on the marble counter in the kitchen. Why?”

“For my new job silly,” Maci giggled.

“I forgot,” Kenny shrugged.

“I know you forgot, but not me,” she winked.

“I will never forget about you. Trust me.”

After the wedding, Maci promised to find a job. A job at the newspaper as a columnist would do for Maci. Kenny worked at a fishing store his family owns near the pier. Besides, they both have to work to keep up with the payments and taxes anyway for the house.

When Kenny and Maci wake up in the morning, they smell the sweet ocean breeze; they go to work and always have their minds on each other. The love for each other is outstanding. Workers that are nosy around both Kenny and Maci knew the love they have for each other. One worker from the newspaper that wears a lavender polo shirt everyday mentioned about the loving couple, “They are a couple that will live forever happy. Unlike mine.”

For months, Kenny and Maci had never been so close. They finally figured out that Maci was pregnant on this chilling winter. Kenny was proud to be an upcoming father.

One day during work however, for Maci, the bond between Kenny and Maci changed forever. When Maci was on the computer, she looked at a reflection on the computer. This was when everyone was done working and Maci thought there was someone behind her. Maci looked back and said, 

“Yes?”

She looked at the reflection closely and a mass of smoke jump off the computer. A mysterious voice that was loud to her ear shouted,

“I have come for you!”

As the smoke cleared and Maci’s heart pumped furiously, she looked up and a tall figure appeared. It stood over 7 feet tall, its skin was a burnt color, nails crimson colored, it wore a tar coat, and its smile filled the room with fear. Maci screamed and the mysterious figure showed its face. It was Death Smile once again, as his face looked more like human instead of an animal.

“You know why I came for you?” Death Smile barked at Maci.

“No. Why?”

“To get your child,” Death Smile explained with his smile.

Maci stood tall and strong as she replied,

“Over my body. You have to go through me.”

Death Smile thought about what to do next, and he realized what she said, “You have to go through me.” His smile widened even more and Maci was growing suspicions.

“You know what; I will not go right through you. No. I have a better idea,” Death Smile revealed.

“What are you going to do?”  Maci started to whine.

“You will see!”

Maci prayed for dear life, but Death Smile smiled and laughed at her. Maci was then grabbed by the waist and everything in the room started to flicker. Lights started to spark with flames and Maci tried to struggle. It was no use for her as it was all over for now.

Maci woke up feeling nauseous. Her head started to twist and turn and she thought she was alright, until she heard a voice in the back of her head saying, 

“You are in my control now. Whatever I say, you do them. You cannot force yourself not to or I will kill you. Understand?”

Maci screamed as powerful as she could; only hurting her own lungs with such force of the screaming. Maci has no control over herself now by the powers Death Smile put on her. It was like Maci is the puppet to Death Smile as he controls her with a few strings just about. Death Smile is in control of Maci and now the relationship is in jeopardy as Kenny doesn’t know about it and his heart will be in pain. The future of the relationship of Kenny is hanging now and the reason was for the unborn child. 

As Maci was driving home from work, her head was thumbing in pain. The only thing she could hear is the whisper inside her brain. Everything Maci would feel, smell, see, and think; Death Smile will know. Maci is weak compared to Death Smile. 

Maci drove in front of the house around 8 p.m., which is around the time the newspapers should start printing out tomorrow’s new headlines. The fragrant ocean smell of the South Carolina Atlantic Sea blew onto her delicate face. It was cool to the touch and the lights of her house were turned on (As expected for Kenny to be home). The lights were bright, making it shine like a star from the night sky. 

“Welcome home!” Kenny yelled.

“Hey,” Maci whined.

“What’s wrong, Maci?”

“I was…”

As soon as Maci try to reveal what happened. Death Smile stopped her from talking. Death Smile then force her to say this,

“I am tired about my job, my baby, and just everything!”

Kenny was shocked as he heard those words come out of her mouth. It was unlike her Kenny thought. His Navy blue eyes and heart dropped. He thought for a few seconds however, and said,

“It is maybe stress.”

“YES. It is stress. But it is from you,” Death Smile forcing Maci to say.

“Me?”

“Yes.”

Kenny started to turn cherry red as his anger from Maci, when really Death Smile, was getting into his mind. Kenny thought what to do next, but Kenny decided to leave Maci alone. As soon Kenny was walking out of the living room, Maci snapped out of the spell and asked,

“What happened?

“Oh nothing. Just you being tired of everything and blame it on me. I am going to bed.”

Maci started to tear as she knows that Death Smile cannot be stopped. Maci went onto the couch and cried into the pillow. Only Maci could hear her pain and suffer as she cried herself to sleep.

A few weeks later, Kenny and Maci started to drift away. Every night they argued and Maci left depressed on the couch. Everyone that worked with Kenny and Maci realized that something terrible was going on. Something dark and something that is just wrong.

January 17, was just like a regular day for Kenny and Maci as they continue to argue. Kenny called his parents that morning about the situation. All that Kenny could say was, “I am starting to feel uncomfortable because Maci might kill me.” As of that same day he called his parents, he was murdered by the powers of Death Smile in Maci’s hands that night.

Around 1 a.m., Kenny was asleep upstairs in his warm, indigo blue bed. As for Maci, she was downstairs asleep until Death Smile wanted to put an end to this. Death Smile wakened Maci from her beauty sleep. Maci’s eyes grew wide as she woke up from Death Smile.

“Stand up,” Death Smile commanded the lifeless body of Maci, “stand up and go to the kitchen.”

Maci’s body responded as each soft step walks toward the kitchen. When the body stopped in the middle of the kitchen, feeling the chilling floor, Death Smile proceeded with his plan,

“Grab the big knife near the sink.”

Maci’s body did as Death Smile told once again.

“Go upstairs and into your husband’s room.”

Maci did respond again, but Maci walked slowly not to wake up Kenny.  The door screeched as the door opened into the room. You could see Maci with the huge knife walking in slowly. Death smile started to smile and it said as his last words to command her, 

“Now…kill him!”

Maci walked over to the far side of the room where Kenny was sleeping. The knife was tight as Maci held on to it. Kenny doesn’t realize that Maci is in the room with a knife to kill him.

Maci finally reached the side with Kenny. Unexplained sweat ran down her skin as Maci raised the knife to its highest point. Maci stabbed Kenny, and the cold blade pierced through his skin.

The one stab was into his lungs, which made him bleed to death. As death’s smile found Kenny dead by looking from Maci’s view, the spell was gone from her.

Maci jerked herself out of the spell and finally realized what happened. Maci was terrified about what death’s smile had made her do. She cried continuously on the ground with blood all over her.

Maci looked at the knife and said for her last time, 

“I am always going to be with my Kenny.”

Maci then stabbed herself in the throat, literally. Chaos was done in between the couple.

This is how the family ended. It was the Animal It Became that caused this couple to die…the animal of Death Smile. The cops were called in by Kenny’s parents because Kenny was supposed to be at work. The police knew the couple well. One more thing though. They also knew that Maci was supposed to have a baby, but her stomach was flat when they checked her body to examine. What had happened to the unborn child?
