Down with the blues

Have you felt the pain,
of a dream that was never gained?

Drugs can't take me away this time,
seeing life once again as it was,
seeing the sadness inside their soul,
watching them as they roll,
into this abyss that the normal ones call home.

Standing here in the dark,looking at these drugs to spark,
no effect in the pill,
Here I go again,trying to climb that hill.

"Maybe I won't go crazy this time...
maybe I shall seek the love that was in my soul"
Thinking for a while, "this wasn't such a bad goal,
But if I will drown into madness once again?
the drugs doesn't work, so you got to feel my pain...."

"We get knocked and tossed a couple of times in our lives but we must learn to stand up or else we will never get back up. Life has their disappointments, postponements and even embarrassments but we must learn to take it up ourselves to man up. After all when we get back up the only people that will be there for us were the ones that helped us see through the light again. No one says their life is perfect and no road will ever built with asphalt because a dirt road is as good as any road there is. So chin up, buck up and smile because the road out there will be long but at least you'll know you have companions on the way to meet with you. :)"

The pain of dissappointment can hurt just as much as cut or a wound. Yet it's the best source of inspiration towards gaining strength to accomplish a greater feat you can ultimately dream up. The hardest part is sticking with the process to make it happen. Great work. A thought provoking read. :)
