Perfection

Perfection

A Story by Nick
"

A scatterplot of ideas thrown together.

I was walking through the park of the royal palace and decided to sit on a bench, looking at the colorful garden, thinking of her. People always pass by the garden, but never take a moment to stop and look at the beauty within " the flowers of purple and red, the trees plentiful of fruit and butterflies, even the people that want to try and get a glance at the queen as she roams around in the palace. They run by the garden as if they don’t care. I care. I’m here, but not for the same reason. I’m here because I am thinking of her. Her eyes glisten more than the ponds filled with lilies do on a bright summers day. Her figure as beautiful as the swans that swim in harmony amongst the lily pads. Her hair as luscious as the vines that drape off of the trees as if they are complimenting the leaves that have yet to fall. Everything about this place makes me think of her; it’s perfect.

I don't love this one, but I liked the ideas I was coming up with so I decided to post it anyways. Not really sure where to go or what additional imagery to add so I can expand my thoughts. Any comments are welcome and appreciated!
