Jaded
Ignorant and elated Seeing through closed blinds Seeing through shut eyes Embarking on a world of adventure Never knowing the true danger A life that's one big cliff-hanger Jaded Unknowing and faded Missing out on life Too busy judging others wrongs or rights Never reading in between the lines Jaded A story soon to be ended A story unwillingly surrendered
