BARK!A Poem by NichelleI was angry when I wrote this. You look at me with digust, I return the favor. The force you press yourself against, unnecessary as it is, allows you to see what I hope never to be. Lay your blame on top of me and I will shoulder this burrden. Your hate will not lay me low. Though the sun blinds me I will contunew to hold my head up high. This obscene tragedy stems from the indecency of imminent thoughts and impending desire. Facts of restraint are discarded for the purpose of your protection. Your coarse disregard dominates the catastrophe of my heart. I break it of my own free will, you hold no power over me. The regret, will be yours. © 2008 Nichelle |
