Happier

I so much want to start being happier!

Wish this dread in my heart and head would cease

Wanting these sounds and words to disappear

My head is spinning

The screams in my ears

Are all that I am hearing

Everything else around me is muted

My eyes are vailed

Only seeing what is nessasary

My body moves

Only to take care of basic needs

My world is suffering

I know my children notce

I am sure they feel just as helpless

Seeing me this way

All I have left is my faith
