Mind Puzzles

A Poem by Niall H
"

My mind.

"

The cool winter air whispers into my ear,

A sign of trauma ahead

This causes a harsh jolt down my spine,

Which would shake the heavens

Why do I have this built up paranoia?
It sits in my mind
,

Like a jailbird in his cell

Plotting away,

As I try to move on

It sucks me back in and clutches,

Will it ever let go?
The probable answer is no.

paranoia is such a painful thing.
It can tear you apart.
Your poems are so raw and elegant and deep and beautiful and just frankly....perfect.
This is what poetry should be.....
